Child Safety & Anti-Exploitation Policy

Lemo - Chill & Chat maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Strictly Prohibited Content and Activities

We strictly prohibit the creation, storage, sharing, or transmission of any content or activity related to:

• 1. Child Sexual Exploitation: Content, activity, or interactions that threaten, depict, praise, support, provide instructions for, make statements of intent, admit participation in, or share links to the sexual exploitation of children (including real minors, toddlers, or babies, or non-real depictions with a human likeness such as art, AI-generated content, fictional characters, dolls, etc). This includes but is not limited to:
  • 1.1 Sexual Intercourse: Explicit or implied sexual intercourse or oral sex involving at least one visible set of genitals or anus, including imminent or implied acts.
  • 1.2 Stimulation of Genitals or Anus: Any depiction of stimulation, whether explicit or implied, including bestiality.
  • 1.3 Children with Sexual Elements: Content showing restraints, arousal, focus on genitals/anus, sex toys, sexualized costumes, stripping, staged environments (e.g., on a bed), open-mouth kissing, or stimulation of nipples/breasts (except breastfeeding).
  • 1.4 Sexual Fetish Contexts: Any content that places real or non-real children in fetishized or sexualized scenarios.
  • 1.5 Pedophilia Advocacy: Any material that supports, promotes, or encourages participation in pedophilia, unless discussed neutrally in a health or educational context.
  • 1.6 Victim Targeting: Content that identifies, mocks, or exploits alleged victims of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• 2. Solicitation: Content that solicits sexual content or activity involving children, including:
  • 2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • 2.2 Nude or sexualized imagery of real or non-real children
  • 2.3 Attempts to engage children in sexual activity or exchange of sexual material, including through private messages
• 3. Exploitative Intimate Imagery and Sextortion: Content that attempts to exploit real children by coercing money, favors, or intimate imagery with threats to expose real or non-real intimate imagery or information. This includes sharing, threatening, or expressing intent to share private sexual conversations or imagery.
• 4. Sexualization of Children: Any content, including photos, videos, art, digital media, or verbal depictions, that sexualizes real or non-real children. Also prohibited are groups, pages, or profiles dedicated to such material.
• 5. Child Nudity: Content depicting real or non-real child nudity, including:
  • 5.1 Close-ups of genitalia or anus, even if obscured by transparent clothing
  • 5.2 Nude toddlers or minors showing genitals, anus, uncovered female nipples, or full nudity from neck to knee
  • 5.3 Exceptions apply only for legitimate health, educational, or non-sexual artistic contexts
• 6. Non-Sexual Child Abuse: Any imagery or video depicting real or non-real non-sexual child abuse, unless part of legitimate artistic, film, cartoon, or video game content. This includes material that praises, promotes, or instructs others to commit child abuse.

Consequences for Violation

Any user found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately and permanently banned from Lemo - Chill & Chat, and all associated content will be removed.

Lemo - Chill & Chat is committed to protecting children and complies strictly with all applicable child protection laws and regulations.

NCMEC Reporting Obligation

When we become aware of apparent child exploitation, we report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), in compliance with applicable law.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

Lemo - Chill & Chat will fully cooperate with all domestic and international law enforcement agencies in their investigations to protect children.

Lemo - Chill & Chat is built with a robust and accessible reporting system to empower our users to report harm quickly.

Reporting Feature

Users can easily and privately report inappropriate content or suspicious behavior (especially any suspected activity involving minors) by utilizing the in-app reporting feature accessible directly from messages, comments, or user profiles.

Response

Our dedicated Safety Team reviews all child safety reports with the highest priority and takes immediate, appropriate action as defined by this policy.

Lemo - Chill & Chat adheres to all applicable regional and international child safety laws, including those mandating the reporting of CSAM.

Lemo - Chill & Chat maintains a designated contact point for all urgent child safety notifications, policy enforcement, and law enforcement inquiries.
